Main House

The main house actually consists of 2 houses (main and guest, both with own title deeds) and a detached double garage. It has a big private swimming pool, staff quarters, a church, big pond with gazebo on a little island and a beautiful big garden surrounding it all.

The main house of the two has one large master bedroom with a walk in closet and a big en-suite bathroom. The living/dining area is spaciously set up and has windows looking over the beautiful garden all around. It has a bar area, an office area and a guest toilet. The total floor size is 170m2.

The kitchen is situated in the guesthouse. The choice to do it this way has been made so that the cooking staff you might have is not walking around your house all day. The bar area in the main house can easily be converted to kitchen though.

The guest house has the same layout at house nr.1 and house nr.4. It has a total floor size of  170m2 divided over 2 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with separate storeroom and a large living and dining area that provides a panoramic view over the beautiful garden.

The plot on which the staff quarters are currently build can of course be cleared to build yet another house to rent out or sell.
